I am delighted to present this book, which recalls an important scientific event in the history of our Islamic and Arab nation and our precious country, the first Arab-Islamic participation in a space flight. Twenty-five years after that participation, which was launched in 1405 AH / 1985 AD and followed by many important achievements in the fields of space and science, I find it a favorable opportunity to thank God Almighty above all on his success that the task was accomplished perfectly and with great success. That mission was a step in the course of great achievements in the fields of science, technology and international scientific cooperation
